JCBD board and committee meetings are open to the public. To request materials presented at the meetings and if you’d like to RSVP to attend an upcoming meeting please email info@jtowncbd.org. Agendas are posted here 72 hours prior to the meeting.

JCBD Board meeting are held at the US Bank Community Room, located inside the Japan Center East Mall (1st floor). Board meetings are held every other month and begin promptly at 5pm (PST).

Members of the public have the opportunity to comment and/or share information for up to two minutes with respect to each item on the agenda, and may speak for up to two minutes regarding matters not on the agenda during general public comment. We ask that the public provide JCBD staff with a brief summary of any matters/announcements that you’d like to make 72 hours prior to the scheduled board meeting so that we can share with the Board/Committee prior to the meeting.
